Q. Are all of your cupcakes , savories and baked goods made from scratch?
A. Yes! We only use the finest and freshest ingredients available. Real butter, Madagascar Vanilla and whole milk are examples of products used in our goods.

Q. How should I store my cupcakes and baked goods ?
A. Because we use no preservatives it is best to keep your cupcakes at room temperature. If, for some reason I can’t imagine, you have any cupcakes left, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Remember all foods are perishable and are best when consumed as soon as possible.

Q. Do you have any cupcakes or treats for people with nut allergies?
A. That depends… I do use peanuts in a lot of my baking but shy away from tree nuts as I am allergic to them. I can not guarantee there will be no trace of nuts in my products as I work out of a commercial kitchen with several other bakers.

Q. Can you custom design a special cupcake for my group?
A. Yes! I would like a two week notice minimum so that we can tweak the design and I can get  any special decorations or ingredients.

Q. Can I assort my dozens of cupcakes or baked goods ?
A. We bake all of our items to order .Our minimum recipe is for two dozen of each flavor.

Q. How far in advance do I need to place my order for baked goods?
A. We would like a minimum of one week.

Q. How far in advance do I need to order a High Tea?
A. We would like a minimum of two weeks but would appreciate as much notice as you can give us so that we can help you with as many details as possible.

Q. How will my baked goods be delivered?
A. Your order will be delivered in boxes. For an additional charge your items can be placed on disposable trays.

Q. How much is delivery ?
A.FREE DELIVERY to Western Springs, Burr Ridge, Hinsdale, Countryside, LaGrange, LaGrange Park and Westchester, Illinois, for orders over $30. We are happy to deliver to other areas, ask us about delivery fees.

Q. Is set-up included in the delivery charge?
A. Set-up is an additional $30 charge for the first hour and $22 per hour for each additional hour.Set-up is placing food items on platters. Once your items are arranged on platters your delivery person will leave.

Q. Are servers available to help with my event ?
A. Servers are available for $22 per hour per server with a 4 hour minimum per server.

Q. Is china and flatware available for rent ?
A. China and flateware is $5 per guest. If this is not a full service event, an additional fee will be charged to return and pick up equipment.

Q. Are fancy serving pieces available for rent ?
A. We have an assortment of appropriate serving dishes and display pieces. Contact us for available items and pricing.
